Do I need to order and pay for a Zero Waste Box™ each time it is full?

Yes, you will have to pay for the Zero Waste Box each time you place an order. 

The cost includes the shipping to you and back to us as well as the recycling process of the contents. Therefore, once a Zero Waste Box™ has been returned to us, should you wish to continue recycling, you will need to order another one.
