How do I access shipping labels and send my waste?

1. Log in to your account,
2. Select the my programs page,
3. Find the program you need to ship rubbish for and select 'request shipping label(s)'

The label is sent to your registered e-mail for you to download and print. Following this, simply:

Attach the label to your box (no larger than 18x18x18")

Drop the box off at your nearest UPS drop-off point for free. Or you can schedule a next business day pick-up (for a small fee) by calling UPS at 1-800-742-5877.
