Shipping to you is always free for Zero Waste Boxes or Pallets.

The cost of shipping your trash back to TerraCycle is included in your purchase of a Zero Waste Box. Each solution comes with a prepaid shipping label for return delivery.

Shipping back to TerraCycle is not included for Zero Waste Pallets and must be arranged and paid for by the customer.
