Are there any shipping instructions I should follow?

Each TerraCycle® program has a minimum shipment weight which you will need to adhere to if you wish to receive TerraCycle® Points.

The minimum weight for each program can be found towards the bottom of each program page (https://www.terracycle.ca/en-CA/brigades) under the 'Rewards' section.

The box size packages can be up to 150 lbs.using the ground UPS labels.

Packages can be up to 165 inches in length and girth combined.
