There might be a few reasons why you're unable to request a prepaid UPS label.
1) You haven’t joined a program yet
Here at TerraCycle®, we aim to grow communities of collectors to make our programs as effective as possible. As a result, we do not accept waste sent to us by individual collectors unless you have joined a program. For more information on the programs we're currently offering, please click here. You can join each program by visiting the respective program page and reading the ‘How it Works’ section. Please have a look at the helpful labels above the free recycling program names to easily identify, at a glance, how the program will work, for example, if there are spaces for you to join or if you will need to drop off your waste.
2) Changes have been made to the program
Due to the growing popularity of our programs, at times, we may have to amend program rules. To make our programs more efficient, we sometimes change the types of collectors who can be registered on the program (e.g. so that only public drop-off locations are in place), or the types of organizations we partner with.It may be the case that you have been affected by these changes. Please be assured that all changes are announced well in advance (30 days minimum) to all collectors registered on the specific program so we would urge you to check your emails from TerraCycle®.
3) You have been removed from the program
